Hi everyone!

Thanks for your comments. It is exciting for me to know that the hour we spent talking about biochemistry and nutrition translated into something usable for you in your daily lives.

Hi, First, thanks for having this seminar. And thank you that you are having it again cause I spent the time copying everything down last Saturday and then this next time, I will be able to just RELAX and listen.

You said to write down something you will do to improve your blood sugar. I will be exercising. I will go to my Dr. (this I have avoided cause of fear--and we had that word about fear.) So I am going to take steps to NOT have fear. I have decided to get magnesium. And thank you also for the list of things with magnesium in them. I want to get halibut, brazil nuts and some other things on that list.

Also, you mentioned the book, "Feeling buried alive never die." I have that book. I think that was great to mention about feelings because I KNOW with myself, if something is going on with me, most of the time it is emotional.

I listened to the webinar this afternoon and felt it was very informative and useful. I received lots of ideas about keeping tighter control of my blood glucose. I'm concerned about how my numbers spike and drop so much during the day, and for my homework I'm going to work on that by eating smaller meals and making sure to have my snacks. I'm doing pretty good about not eating refined and processed foods and starchy carbohydrates, but I still need to work on portion size. After this webinar I can really see the importance of maintaining a more even level of blood sugar. Thank you so much. I look forward to future webinars.
By the way, I hope I posted this in the right way. I've never blogged before!

Just got out of the 9/20 webinar on blood sugar control. As promised, it was packed with info! When do we get the rest of the eight hours you say you have? ;-)

Thanks, Jessica!
