They are not "flashy" with a lot of hype. I applaud the way that the recommendations are written. Statements are made in a straightforward manner with true science-based support behind them, instead of reading like an advertisment. (As a nurse practitioner, I am aware and concerned about the health-related news and educational material that the public has to sort through.)
