Carol Ives is the General Manager of Marilyn Farms. She brings over 27 years of business experience from a variety of program, project, and operation management roles, plus a long-standing interest and involvement in sustainable farming and natural health. Before becoming an employee in 2001 Carol volunteered at the company for several years, and is currently responsible for the daily oversight of Marilyn Farms, working closely with both farm and natural products staff.
Phil Forbes, BS MBA
Phil Forbes is the president of Marilyn Farms and has been involved with Marilyn Farms since its inception in 1987. He is an experienced herbalist who is responsible for formulating the Marilyn Farms herbal extracts. Phil spent 15+ years working in various managerial roles and diversified agricultural enterprises, including 3 years as the farm manager at Frontier Natural Products growing herbs for their research farm. Through his work he gained in-depth knowledge in the principles of growing and processing high-quality herbs-knowledge which he is applying at Marilyn Farms Company today. Phyllis Haworth, RN HNC
Phyllis Haworth is a registered nurse and certified holistic nurse who conducts retreats, seminars and workshops to educate people in how to restore wellness and vitality. Ms. Haworth brings over 32 years of health care experience and focus to the Marilyn Farms team. She currently leads a research team to evaluate all natural health products and herbal supplements considered by Marilyn Farms, determining whether they meet strict nutritional and quality guidelines. Her overall vision is to enable each person to take responsibility for their own health through diet, detoxification, and lifestyle choices. Jessica Forbes, MS CCN
Jessica Forbes is the coordinator of scientific research and education for Marilyn Farms. She is also a speaker for nutritional seminars and classes hosted by Marilyn Farms. She obtained her Bachelors degree in Biochemistry from Hood College and her Master's degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. She is board certifed as a Clinical Nutritionist. |
