A mild tasting herbal tea, formulated to cleanse and sooth the kidneys and bladder by helping to increase urinary elimination of toxins.
2 tablespoons of dry herb in 32 oz. of pure water. Soak herbs in water for 2 to 4 hours, bring to slow boil, reduce heate and let simmer for 15 minutes. Straing, allow tea to cool and drink.
If stronger tea is desired an additional 2 tablespoons of dry herbs may be added to 32 oz. of pure water heat and serve.
