Welcome Hello from everyone at Marilyn Farms! We are a family-oriented, 615 acre farming business located in Southeast Iowa. The farmhouse (our "nerve center") sits on a hill right outside of the small town of Kalona, just 17 miles south of Iowa City.  We have been in business for almost 20 years (since January 1987). As a minimum standard, our products are all produced using organic methods or wildcrafted in as ethical a manner as possible. A quick review of our philosophy on organic production and biologically friendly agricultural practices, as well as our history will give more insight in who we are, how we got here, and what we have to offer. Our farm is diverse; in enterprises, in products and in people. We have available herbal remedies and nutritional supplements, and soon to come natural, grass fed meat.
